The kitchen, on a pallet floor, has a double sink with hot and cold water, a fridge, a gas cooker, a dining table for 8 people, and lots of storage space.
The front outdoor living, in the shade of the overhanging Corktrees, space has 3 couches and a nice view of the Monchique mountain. The back living space has 3 couches as well and is also protected from the sun by overhanging Cork trees.
There is an open horse stable of 120m2 and a chicken pen of 120m2 with 6 chickens and 2 ducks attached to it. Good for 4 eggs a day.
At the moment we have 220 electricity from the neighbors but power lines are in the front and back of the land and it would be easy to apply for an access point.
There is a water river under the land according to the military map and the local dowser, so if you want to have unlimited water, it would be possible.
The area: Located on an 8-minute walk to the quaint village of Barao de Sao Joao, ate the foothills of the Natural forest, that goes all the way to the west coast. If you like nature, this is something for you.
